Branding suite workflow:

Inquiry & consultation
It all begins with an inquiry. Ideally, prospective clients will complete the inquiry form to help me better understand their needs before a consultation.

After reviewing the form, if we’re a good fit, I’ll reach out to schedule a 15-minute discovery call to provide an accurate proposal.

Proposal & booking
Once I understand your project, I’ll send a custom proposal. With approval, a signed contract, and a deposit, we’re ready to begin!

At this stage, you’ll also gain access to my client portal—a central hub for contracts, invoices, and design proofs.

Strategy & concept development
Every brand is unique, so this step will vary depending on what package you've selected. Regardless, it typically involves research, brainstorming, and initial concept development to ensure your design is both strategic and visually impactful.

Brand direction presentation
We'll meet in person or via video to discuss your brand's direction. This step focuses on strategy, not design, guiding the branding based on initial research and development.

Initial design & refinement
This is where I dive into logo design concepting and refinement based upon the approved brand direction.

New brand
presentation
We'll meet in person or via video to review your new brand! This step covers all the core elements in your package, including the logo, colors, fonts, and iconography.

Brand refinement
I'll make any refinement adjustments for your new brand that are needed as a result of the presentation

Finalization & delivery
I will get your branding package finalized and files ready to send over. This step also includes any additional elements from your chosen package (i.e. letterhead, business cards, handouts, etc.)

You’ll receive the first design concept for review. I’ll fine-tune the design based on your feedback, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision and your brand.

Finalization & delivery
Once approved, I’ll finalize your files and provide any necessary implementation guidance.

All contract-specified digital deliverables will be provided.

Production
If your project includes physical items, I'll send the final files to the vendors and coordinate with them to ensure a smooth production process.
